Integration courses are German language courses funded by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) for foreigners to get basic knowledge about German language, history, culture and laws. A basic integration course consists of 600 hours language course and 60 hours orientation course. The language course is devided into six parts of 100 hours each, from A1.1 to B1.2.

You will take a placement test to be sure which level is best for you.  

Who can attend?

Asylum applicants with good prospects to remain, foreign nationals with residence titles, EU citizens à  Contact us for further information

Costs :  

Free of charge, if you are entitled to unemployment benefits, social benefits or financial support for asylum applicants

For Information and registration, please bring with you:

  • Passport  (EU citizens)   or  
  • Passport with residence title or

  • Temporary permission to stay

Registration:   Monday – Thursday,  9 am – 3 pm
